# Ulbra CRM — Where the university works the leads for its next intake of students.

> The platform the university captures and works prospective-student leads on. Inherited with no automated tests and little structure, and rebuilt under my direction to full coverage, with a front-end migration that stopped every screen change from throwing away the filters someone was working a list through.

## Overview

Prospective students arrive as leads — from a campaign, a form, an event — and someone works each one until it becomes an enrolment or does not. This is where that happens. I inherited it rather than built it: no automated tests, and a structure that had not kept up with the product. It is now fully covered by tests and materially better to work in, and that work was the team’s — I set the direction and reviewed it, and did not write it.
